I saw something similar on Savage love a while back. It was just normal underaged guy-girl home made porn, but same difference for discussion purposes.

If you have home made porn, of yourself, underaged, technically it's child porn, but you won't get prosecuted for it because the performer is you. No DA would really be interested in going after a case like this.

In this particular case - the guy's 'friend', who is showing people this video, is in posession of child porn, and could get into a shitload of trouble. In fact, if the star of this film is really irritated by the other dude showing it to people, one friendly warning should be all that is required for it to dissapear.

Secondly, he asked if it's gay. The act itself was with an animal, it's not really a gay-straight issue. It's pretty fucking perverted, I'd say it's beastiality before I'd call it gay. His buddy(ies) filmed it, and were present, so thats sorta gay.

I would like to know the sex of the dog. If it is a male dog I say it's gay beastiality.

The fact they were, what was it 12 at the time? Made me not so concerned about the dog-pb-balls thing, even the filming it, ot's just lads being lads, but the fact some 10years later and his friend STILL has the video... And probably has had to transfer it from phone to new phone over the years, is some what very concerning. I would not be at all surprised if this guy ends up living in sex offenders village.
