Thread: Shane Bugbee - Most obnoxious guest host ever

I just listened to 292, the episode with that asshole Shane "I'm so cool" Bugbee.

I've listened to all of the episodes and you've had some great interviews / guest hosts. Denise the hooker (#43?) was top-notch, Big Gere (not sure how to spell his name), the guy from Oxbow who wrote a book on how to kick ass and who gang-banged Kyndra, and of course the episode with Kyndra herself. All great stuff. The woman who wrote the book Stiff, Jim Rose, the Bob Madigan spots were also good. Martin and Steele were OK (both times). Not great, not bad.

But Shane Bugbee - that guy was extremely irritating, please don't have him on anymore. As for Amy - I really don't know. The "I'm so important I can steal from cemetaries and lie to the police" Shane wouldn't shut his fucking mouth for five seconds to let Amy get a word in. Jesus Christ, the guy is a freeloader who then bitches about the peson giving him the sausage and weed. The guy was just plain obnoxious.

I completely agree. I mean, it was funny and all and don't get me wrong I dug the story... But his self importance overshadowed the point for his being on. Whatevs tho. Old news.

I sort of agree, he was defiantly a funny guy, however he didn't quite know when to shut those self-loving lips of his. At times I completely forgot there were two guests.

right, the WM3 case, yet I was asked about a lot more and about subjects real hard to sum up in a sound bite... so, I'd argue in my self-important way that maybe I've done too much? maybe dee was too excited and there for couldn't keep focus, maybe too defiantly bored?

sausage and weed? freeloader?? give me a break... stop by and I'll cook you up something and smoke you up as you pass thru town too... not really uncommon in the circles I run, but then again I ain't working at target, mr. fuck face hiding behind a fake internet name.

btw - I'm serious, if any of you are passing thru astora, oregon find me on twitter/facebook and let me know and we'll have you over to freeload too!

How dare you think Dee is anything less than perfect!

Sadly, im a little too far away to pop round for Weed and Sausage, but still its a generous offer and don't worry bro. I'd like Dee to have you back on the podcast, so there you kinda have one fan if it makes you feel any better, just let Amy talk if you do, its not very often a female comes onto the show and it makes a nice change from the constant homosexual tension between the Lance and the Jew.
