I'm refferring to the guy who admitted to the criminally neglegent homicide of the hobo.

I can't imagine being such a degenerate as to intentionally fire a weapon into a structure that I knew a human being was in.

People die from .22 wounds all the time. There's a large variety in slug weights and powder loads <magnum>. Some .22 rounds are pretty deadly. Actually, there is the odd air rifle fatality every now and then, usually if a pellet hits a blood vessel.

Fucksticks like this give a bad name to us responsible firearm owners, who use them to blow the shit out of woodland creatures.

Confessions like that should be anonymous. The guy was a teen from WV, their intellect is way below normal therefore his mind was of a toddler when he did this. I really don't believe he knew he could kill a man. I would absolve him of his guilt.

Yeah I guess I should have factored that in. Teen agers do pretty stupid things, and then when you factor the whole southerner thing in, his reasoning power was probably somewhere around borderline mongoloid.
