No shit, Sherlock. In Russia EVERYTHING is over the counter if you dress adequately and talk with enough confidence. I used to buy all kinds of shit in Russian drug stores, anti-depressants for my chick, memory stimulating shit for people with Alzheimer, etc.Addicts in Tver say they never have any problems buying the key ingredient for krokodil – codeine pills, which are sold without prescription.
Old dumb cunts at drug stores either don't give a shit, or don't have the balls to confront men with a "no bullshit" face. They know it can mean trouble.
Although they can tell a chick to go fuck herself, so I actually had to go there myself a couple of times after my chick returned empty handed.

The picture in the bottom right of the 4 is suspiciously like a picture released in the Sharia land used as a heroin deterrent.
It was released by the parent of the young girl who od'd, and they didn't want anyone else to go through the pain. Might not be the same, but looks very similar, from memory. I'll try and dig it up.
