Ordered back in March, just got it a few days ago.
Agile 9 string, strung like a 6 string with 3 additional strings: 2 lower and one higher.
Ain't she purty?

she's purty. What kind of wood is that, or is that a paint job on the face we can see? Real Purty.
The body is mahogany with what's called a quilted maple top.
Maple comes in several different 'figures', including:
quilted
flamed
and birds-eye

mm tasty, i take it your a meshugga fan?
I don't think my hands are huge, probably just average sized.
I was playing my 8 string last year, and thought "I could handle one more string, one more would be my limit". Then, doesn't Agile come out with a 9 string, just daring me to buy one.
And yes, I'm a big Meshuggah fan, though I admit I can neither play nor compose music half as good as they can. Guess that's why someone pays them to do it.
Is that one higher an A? Does that break just from looking at it?
I am in-full interested with all custom papers found from exacting resources, they have prepared writers. They are bottomed in each element. It is airy for them to weave sketches on any elaboration for you. You will very secernate how formative they are if you devotedly appeal there.
I've heard they're frickin' expensive as well.

It's Ab, I tuned the whole thing down a semitone, because theres a fuckload of a difference between A and Ab with that string. At A440 it will snap just by breathing on it. At Ab they're pretty stable. So the guitar is drop tuned Eb Bb Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb Ab. The high string is made by a company called Octave4Plus, it costs more than a whole pack of normal strings, and the lead time when ordering is a couple months. Given that, you really don't want to break them.

Actually, Agiles are pretty reasonable. It's a Korean company, but they make damned nice stuff for the money. This is my fourth Agile. I have a 7 string, and have had a couple different 8 strings they make. This one cost a little more than a grand, with case and shipping. They actually fucked up and put the wrong pickups in it. They knocked $200 off for me to keep it as is. So I ended up only paying 800-ish for it.
You can only get Agiles through Rondo music. Anyone considering buying an Epiphone, Ibanez, or even a lesser priced Gibson, should check them out. The quality for the price is amazing. The big companies should be shitting their pants at what's coming out of that factory.
