Thirdly, your heading asks that we might compare which is the worst smelling out of balls or vag. Yet the body of your text compares dick and vag.
Fourthly, there's no contest, cock or balls, no matter how unclean can never smell as bad as a neglected clunge.

That can't smell good, and having never smelt dick cheese up close being Circumcised myself and straight I have nothing to compare smelly vag to. I have however come across many a shitty and smelly penis in my career of nursing and that didn't smell to good!!

No no no no no. Balls are way further from the crack than vagina. Even with the fact that they hang, they're still a mile away. Ok I've seen some abnormal balls (in pron!) that hang and can almost touch the ground or be easily shoved up their owner's ass, but those are extremely rare.
