    Specific TV Thread

Originally I watched the 1st season of Lost and then gave up on the 2nd when I realised it was utter shite. I just looked it up on Wiki to see what that shit was all about and I've never read anything like it. The overview of series 3-6 summarise the plot of something which must have presumably been written on large doses of acid? Did anyone here stick with it? Read the summaries and tell me that it makes any sense. It's mental.

On another note, I've just finished season 1 of The Wire. Furking awesome. Just working through season 2, loving it.

Yeah Lost was shit. Watched it till they started revealing their mysteries which made no sense.

If you liked Friends, you might like Episodes (TV Series 2011) - IMDb, it's so-so.

I have always wondered what drugs it takes for writers to think it is a good idea to write a story and not know where it is going. The writers for Lost were making shit up as they went. It had so much potential to. By the final season (i didn't watch it) I heard that they were actually putting facts at the bottom of the screen to remind people what shit meant.

I saw one of the Episodes and liked it, then it dissapeared. I'm resolved to catch up on CSI but only after I've watched all of The Wire. That doesn't leave time for much else, hence me not working today!

I took a break half way through 9 so still adjusting to Grissom not being in it. I'm a bit concerned that it's about to get into the death throws of a program that should've left the audience wanting more, rather than milk the franchaise to death.

I always leave a woman wanting more after she's milked me to death.
