It would depend on the size of the bathroom. If you're just wallpapering a small bathroom, about 3x6 feet, then 3 small ladies should do it. If it's a bigger bathroom, I would go for the bigger ladies. You have to factor in the the height of the ladies and the walls, so three is really just a rough estimate. The math is up to you.
