This took me 2 hours this afternoon. Best harvest I've had in a long time.

What about other countries? What are the fungus timetables, are they annual too? I'm curious.

You can grow it at home, there are guides all over the internet and internet shops to buy spores.

In Russia, mushrooms start growing in the middle of the summer if memory serves, so it's summer and autumn.

Used to go deep into the forest at 4-5 am and come back late at night with 2 baskets of normal mushrooms. Sheathed woodtufts and chanterelles are the best when fried with potatos; birch boletes, red-capped scaber stalks and penny buns are perfect for a mushroom soup.

Used to love nature until the internet showed me videos of bears mangling people and pictures of huge mites.

Ain't nothing normal about these ones. Back in '96 this same location's offerings taught me a very frightening lesson about drug taking, thought I was bulletproof. Turned out I wasn't! It's only last season that I got back on the fungus horse.
Going out again tomorrow. Need to fill the pantry for the winters 3D movie offerings. Tron was amazing last year! The visuals and the sound track on a 40 brew was divine.

The liberty caps? Yeah, we got them as well. Although I'm no expert on magic shrooms, I just know that I saw them.

How much time did it take to gather what you got there? Cause it seems like it's for 5-6 "experiences", that's not much.

2 hours of pleasant time on the moors for about 5 nights worth of natural entertainment. Bargain. By the time the season ends I'll hopefully have about a 1000.
