I live out in cow country, but am only a half hour drive to the sad, once vital, industrial giant city of Rochester NY. I was doing a virtual cruise through one of the ghettos, and found pics of a dude in the process of being arrested.







I love my city-in-decline! The guy driving the car must have been laughing his ass off, knowing it was going to be a part of Google.
