This woman got 30 days for raping a 14 year old.
No, the first woman drove her son to a place where he launched an unprovoked attack. She then cheered him on as he punctured the other kids eardrum and broke his nose. The boy and his family are having to move to another state, no doubt from the fear of reprisal.
The rape "victim" I would suggest, will not be traumatized and will be a legend at school. Just because it is technically a crime, it doesn't follow that anyone was hurt.
