This woman wasn't fit to be any kind of mother. Her son's life would have been grim at best, and a life of crime and heroin awaited him. It's not a tragedy that he died, but that he was ever born.
The real criminal is the State who funded this woman's breeding and drug habits with tax-payers' money. She should have at least been sterilized, but ideally euthanized. Not only that, but she looked weird, too.
