The story itself is OK but loses points due to the subjects themselves. We all know that those kids are a bunch of spoilt little arse ticklers and I for one would like to see more stories that end like this one. If he'd done the full Hutchins and thrown in the orange segment, amyl and stocking set then it'd have been much more like it!
To answer your question, if you want to submit a story for the show then it's best done in a private message/ email to Dee. It has to really stand out for Wacker to even be bothered to read it as he's very busy counting light bulbs. I think Dee spends more time slacking off work and so is your best bet.
