So, without excusing the dipshit behaviour of the police, some things dont add up here...
Consider for the minute that she may have been under the influence of drugs/alcohol. Sleeping in your car is not a defence for that.. she must have had to drive there under the influence or consumed them while there.. who knows what she might have done, woke up and decided to drive off? The cops who pulled her in must have suspected something was up,drugs, drink, maybe mental problems.. they dont just haul people in for no reason.
So it would seem the cop assaulted her early on in the process of entering her into custody. Blood everywhere doesnt look good, so they cleaned her up and then let her go.. without it seems having taken a breath test/blood test to see if she was under the influence of drugs/alcohol. So.. why is this shit coming out now?? TWO YEARS LATER. If that was me, or that was my woman I would be dealing with it.
